At Deopuz, we maintain a strict final sale policy. Please review our guidelines regarding sizing issues and order types below before making your purchase.
⚠️ Important Note on Refunds & Replacements:
We do not offer monetary refunds, credit card refunds, or product replacements under any circumstances. All sales are final, with the sole exception of courier-delivered pre-order size exchanges as detailed below.
1. Sizing Exchanges (Strictly Shipped Pre-Orders Only)
We only accept items back for a size exchange if they meet all of the following criteria:
- It must be a Pre-Ordered Ring or Bracelet delivered via shipping courier.
- The item must be in its exact original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Ready-to-ship items, in-stock items, or other product categories (such as necklaces or earrings) are completely ineligible for size exchanges.
2. Order Types, Delivery Methods & Exclusions
We apply different rules depending on how the item was purchased and delivered:
📦 Shipped Orders (Courier Delivery) — Pre-Orders Only
- We offer a 7-day window exclusively for size exchanges on Pre-Ordered Rings or Bracelets delivered via shipping couriers.

You have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery (based on courier tracking) to submit a size exchange request.
🏪 In-Store Pickups (All Items)
- If you choose to pick up your item in-store, please inspect it thoroughly before leaving.

Once you leave the store premises, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or post-purchase claims will be permitted.
🚫 In-Stock Items (All Ready-to-Ship Purchases)
- Any item purchased as In-Stock (items that are ready-to-ship online or bought directly off the shelf) is considered a Final Sale.

Once purchased, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or altered under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Size Exchange
To initiate a size exchange for an eligible shipped pre-order, contact us at info@deopuz.com.
- Approval: If your request is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important: Items sent back to us without a prior approved request will be rejected and sent back at the sender's expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
The following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:
- All In-Stock Items: As noted above, once purchased, it is a final sale.
- Custom Products: Special orders, bespoke jewelry, or personalized/engraved pieces.
- Sale Items: All purchases of promotional, markdown, or clearance items.

Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. How Size Exchanges Are Processed
Because we do not issue monetary refunds or product replacements, our exchange process is as follows:
- For Size Exchanges (Shipped Pre-Order Rings/Bracelets): Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted, we will issue you an exchange credit, allowing you to place a new pre-order for the correct size.
